Section 91
Advance Payment May Be Made To Depositors Immediately
(1) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Chapter, the depositors of the bank or financial institution subjected to mandatory liquidation may be distributed up to one hundred thousand rupees per account as advance with a condition to settle the account at the time of payment of the deposit.
(2) The advanced payment made pursuant to Sub-Section (1) shall be adjusted while making payment pursuant to Section 94.
